FOOD
We shop local. We shop organic. All of our chicken, beef, pork, lamb and seafood are prime cuts
and hand-selected by our experts from local butchers and fish markets. Produce is purchased from
organic shops and farms grown right here in Puget Sound. We prepare all the food from the soup to
the dessert, fresh and healthy without preservatives.
We make and bottle our own wine and pair them with our signature dishes offered every season.
Our wine partners at Classic Wine Makers enables us to exclusively serve our own wine.
